Siili needed a development team extension that could match different technology stacks, different industries, and different stages of delivery, not a traditional outsourcing arrangement with handoffs and delays.

Our Solution & Technologies

Droxic provides between 5 and 15 engineers at any given time, working as a fully blended extension of Siili’s own teams. Team size and composition scale up or down depending on project needs, and engineers move between frontend, backend, and fullstack roles as required.

Across the partnership, the work has included building websites and digital platforms from scratch, redesigning and modernising existing systems, implementing and customising CMS platforms including Sitefinity, WordPress, and Drupal, developing reusable components and shared architecture for multi-brand clients, and providing post-launch support and maintenance.

In selected projects, the team also handled technical setup including SEO configuration, analytics, GDPR consent management, and tag management, ensuring platforms were ready for production use from day one
