3+ years of experience in backend development with .NET Core 8+ and microservices.
Experience building and maintaining well-structured APIs, webhooks and asynchronous integrations with external systems.
Good understanding of relational databases, ORMs and core cloud concepts, preferably Azure.
Familiarity with API versioning, documentation and integration-focused development.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, write maintainable code and contribute to code reviews, unit and integration testing.
Experience working in Agile teams and following established engineering practices.
Motivation to strengthen your technical skills and gradually take on more senior-level responsibilities.
Experience with complex greenfield products or AI-assisted development would be a plus.
Previous exposure to fintech, banking, payments, insurance, healthcare or another regulated domain would be a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Azure services, distributed systems or event-driven architectures would be beneficial.
Familiarity with integration platforms, AI-enabled solutions or banking platforms such as Thought Machine would be considered a plus.
