Senior React Native Engineer

4+ years of experience in software development, focused on mobile technologies and React Native.
Strong background in designing and delivering Android and iOS applications with React Native and TypeScript.
Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript practices, including ES6+ features.
Deep understanding of Redux, Redux Toolkit or similar state management solutions.
Practical experience with navigation, including deep linking.
Confidence working with REST APIs, versioning, mocking and API-first development.

Ability to build polished mobile interfaces based on UI/UX designs and established mobile patterns.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes for App Store and Google Play.
Experience integrating vendor SDKs and external authentication solutions such as MSAL React Native.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Hands-on experience with analytics, crash reporting, monitoring, performance optimization and mobile app security.

Previous work on agentic-assisted development or complex greenfield projects.
Background in fintech, banking, payments, insurance, healthcare or another regulated environment.

Take an active role in building a new AI-first digital banking product from the ground up.
Own important mobile features and user flows, while supporting other engineers through code reviews, guidance and knowledge sharing.
Work on the full mobile banking experience, including accounts, balances, transactions, cards, deposits, credits and compliance-related flows.
Help create a secure, scalable and cloud-native banking ecosystem for the UK sports.

Contribute to the technical direction of the product by improving engineering practices and platform foundations.
Collaborate with distributed teams in an Agile environment and take part in key technical discussions.
