Familiarity with security best practices and developing software for business-critical or highly regulated environments.
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and designing reliable, scalable data solutions.
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and distributed teams while communicating complex technical concepts clearly.
Proactive approach, strong ownership mindset, and ability to independently deliver high-impact technical solutions.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools, greenfield projects, or highly regulated industries such as finance, insurance, healthcare, or similar domains would be considered an advantage.
