Lead React Native Engineer

4+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on mobile technologies and React Native.
At least 1 year of experience in a Lead role, combining people guidance with hands-on technical contribution.
Solid background in designing and delivering secure Android and iOS applications with React Native and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript practices, including ES6+ features.
Deep experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit or similar state management solutions.
Practical knowledge of mobile navigation concepts, including deep linking.

Confidence working with REST APIs, versioning, mocking and API-first development.
Ability to build polished mobile interfaces based on UI/UX designs and established mobile patterns.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release processes for App Store and Google Play.
Experience integrating vendor SDKs and authentication solutions such as MSAL React Native.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
Hands-on experience with analytics, crash reporting, monitoring, performance optimization and mobile security.

Previous exposure to agentic-assisted development or complex greenfield products.
Background in fintech, banking, payments, insurance, healthcare or another regulated environment.

Lead the mobile development of a new AI-native digital banking product from its early stages.
Stay hands-on with architecture, coding and technical problem-solving while guiding the team.
Shape the mobile banking experience across key areas such as accounts, balances, transactions, cards, deposits, credits and compliance-related flows.
Influence architectural choices, development standards and engineering practices across the project.

Work closely with distributed teams in an Agile environment and support effective technical collaboration.
Continue growing as a technical leader while exploring modern mobile technologies and AI-assisted development approaches.
Contribute to a long-term AI-first fintech initiative with strong product ambition.
