Lead .NET Engineer

Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or similar senior engineering role.
Strong expertise in designing scalable backend architectures, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure and related cloud-native services.
Solid understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous communication patterns, and modern integration practices.

Experience integrating with multiple third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, testing methodologies, performance optimization, and secure development practices.
Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on engineering responsibilities.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with AI-assisted development, greenfield projects, or regulated industries such as fintech, banking, insurance, or healthcare would be considered an advantage.

Lead the technical direction and development of a large-scale cloud-native platform built with modern .NET technologies.
Drive architecture decisions and contribute hands-on to the implementation of complex backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Establish and promote engineering best practices, including code quality, testing strategies, security, and performance standards.

Mentor developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Support the evolution of platform architecture, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.
Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and maintainable while meeting business and technical requirements.
Foster a collaborative engineering culture focused on continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.
